Relationships in the work place

What if the boss treats me different than someone else: I wouldn't like to be treated any different from anyone else it makes me feel belittled and inferior than my coworkers. If I was being discriminated in the workplace I would try to make amends with whoever was discriminating me. If I can talk to the person(s) about it in person I will, if somehow I am unable to I will send that person a email or find away to get a message to that person on how I feel about the situation. However if I was being treated like I was more important than my coworkers, I wouldn't mind at all. However even if I was being treated better than my coworkers I wouldn't get too comfortable, it could cause unwanted problems for me. I consider myself as an equal to everyone in my world. I am nice to everyone if you treat me nicely I will treat you with respect and kindness. If you treat me unfairly or discriminate me I'll still be nice to you, but I probably would avoid you when I can. "If a person is trying to bring you down, don't let them they are already below you.". "Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die", it's not worth it everything happens for a reason.

Ethics in my life.

Work ethics in my opinion is the ability to do the right thing regardless of personal views. Ethics can be demonstrated easily, when you're forced to make a decision to do what you feel is right and what needs to be done. A person needs to take care of business and do what needs to be done. For example: Today me and my immediate family are at the beach, this is during spring break. I could go out and enjoy the sun with the rest of the family, however I have a deadline to meet. "Being different isn't a bad thing. It means you're brave enough to be yourself.", Always be yourself. If anyone ever tries to bring you down don't let them get to you, you're already above them. Too many times in my life I've been told or been peer pressured to do things the way "Everyone else does". My family and most of my friends place an emphasis on sports since it's easy to promote and participate in. I invest my time in my studies and in the clubs I am in, Future Business Leaders of America is a club I am in and I take pride in my role in the club. I don't regret my decision of joining F.B.L.A. at all, the only thing I do regret is not joining the club earlier. Employees shouldn't take objects from the workplace, however under the right circumstances yes it is "OK", my grandpa is a supervisor for California Giant   It's his job to inspect the produce and determine whether or not the produce is good to sell. Every so often at the end of his workday he will take a box home with him for his family to enjoy, I enjoy Strawberries. Ethics are what drive you to work, morals are what guide your behavior and what you believe is right or wrong. My little brother Christian left our chairs on the beach my morals told me that scolding him leaving them there wouldn't solve anything, my work ethic guided me to suck up my frustration and bring the chairs with me on my way to the truck. A person would want to be ethical in my opinion make a Great person "Doing what is right isn't always easy", the decisions you make shape your future, climb mountains not so the world can see you, but so you can see the world.

My future Career interests

My future career interests consist of either becoming a Guidance counselor, a Teacher, or Activities director . Those were my original interests in the beginning of my senior year. I always enjoy offering the best advice I can, I always try to give the most encouraging advice as possible. I'm not the kind of person who judges a person before I get to know them. I have learned to accept the way things are with people and I can't change who a person is. As of now My career interests are focused on becoming a Small Business owner My cousin and I would like to own a welding business, He is an awesome welder. I would also like to own a Barbershop or be a part time barber in my spare time. I have to let things flow into their place "Life is like a fart if you force it, it's probably crap.".

Writing as a Teenager

Writing as a Teenager: My experience as a writer in my adolescent years has been relieving, and exciting. As some of you may or may not know I am a writer. I have published 3 books thus far I Can't Swim , Hey Roomie , The Rant.  Writing is a way for me to express my creative ability. I use my stories to write for fun as well as the challenges of my life, I have learned that keeping things bottled up is bad for my mental and physical health. Now before anyone gets any ideas, everything I write is not 100% true or accurate. I write for the sake of the story and for the reader's enjoyment. Writing is something that gets easier the more you practice, "if you practice anything long enough you will become good at it." .

Am I a writer?

Yes, I am a writer I am the author of 4 books now. I began writing during the summer of my junior year in high school. The first book I began writing is titled "Hey, Roomie!". It is a fan fiction story about the superhero Captain America aka Steve Rodgers. I've had trouble writing this story. I want to be comically accurate, which means I have to do research and continue the story based off the comic books. I have written other stories too, there are fiction, and nonfiction book(s) I work on during my free time. The non fiction book "I can't Swim" is based off my life somewhat. I like to add my friends and people in my life to the stories I write just for fun. I write on an app called WattPad. The non fiction book is still a work in progress, they all are. The Rant is based off one of my favorite books Aristotle and Dante discover the mysteries of the universe-Benjamin Saenz.
